THESE OPERATING REGULATIONS for Ultimaiq.net ("Operating Regulations") govern the activities of Testee, being a person that solves IQ test offered by Ultimaiq.net ("Ultima").
Ultima may amend these Operating Regulations at any time upon posting the amendments on Ultima's website.
Schedule A, Operating Regulations Fee Schedule ("Fee Schedule") is incorporated into and becomes a part of the Operating Regulations by this reference.
A "Cancellation" occurs when Testee voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Testee's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Cancellations are possible only if Ultima do not provide required services within a month.
After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Testee constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.
A return occurs when a Testee returns Products previously purchased from Ultima ("Return").
Returns are possible within two months from purchase. Only shipping charges and adequately done services are non-refundable.
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Testee regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). Refunds will be issued by 2Checkout account or by agreement.
The amount of a Refund will not be reduced by any fees, except by shipping charges.
When solving IQ tests, human help is not allowed. All other references
are allowed.
Also, it's not allowed to use false names, e-mail addresses, etc.
Ultima may elect to offer an incentive program to Testees under which Ultima will allow the offer of discounts, coupons, or other types of incentives to Testees for the purchase of Products ("Testee Incentive Program").
All fees and charges are listed on the Fee Schedule.
